SIX STRANGERS
A downloadable grim portent
In the dead of night, six strangers link hands around a Bonfire and go in circles together. You've seen it, surely: opal-eyed Moths roosting between missing posters, linoleum-green lights cutting through the darkest of nights, cruel men with crooked masks who keep killing jars on their desks. An all-encompassing, smothering, waking dream; we have the key to the cipher. Your complicity has been confirmed, your rumors, verified. Six strangers are summoning you.
SIX STRANGERS contains new occult & magic lore for FIST, the paranormal roleplaying game by CLAYMORE. It details the Aspects, mysterious god-concepts which govern our reality and are invoked by the mages of the underworld.
This is a preview for a complete module, which will feature 36 traits, 20 Aspects, 36 spells & spellbooks, among a myriad of other factions, NPCs, summons, magic items, and new lore to plug into your campaigns. Stay tuned, we are coming.

As a big fan of both FIST and Cultist Simulator/ Book of Hours, this impressed me. I like how it treats knowledge of the Hours/Longs in a winking fashion, rather than a prerequisite to comprehension.
The PDF has a bit of wonkiness that might not show up depending on the viewer used, but I'm getting unsupported bit warnings on most of the pages. It seems to be tied to a page wide image, probably a background? The whole Aspects chapter also fails to load anything. Again, might not be an issue on PDF viewers with more aggressive automatic compensation/correction protocols.
Thank you for the kind words! Yeah, Secret Histories was a big pull as you outlined, though we’re hoping we’ve differentiated ourselves enough that it feels more like a re-interpolation of some of the ideas and vibes than a 1=1 thing.
As for the display issues- unfortunately, I’m still quite a novice with laying out PDFs and the like. I’ll try and take a look (it’s likely that it is in fact a background issue, though I’m unsure as to what specifically). Otherwise, the final release will have a raw text version without any art as a workaround to any issues. I might do the same for this soon, if I can find the time.
